2 oz. fresh sour
1 whole muddled plum
1 drop liquid smoke
1 tsp. fig jam
Shake and pour over ice
Tequila Roja
1 ¼ oz. Tres Generations Plata
1 tsp orange marmalade
½ oz. Asian hot chili sauce
1 oz. fresh mango puree
½ oz. orange juice fresh squeezed
2 oz. fresh sour
Shake, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin slice of mango.
Tequila Eve
1 ¼ oz. Hornitos Plata
5 large mint leaves
½ juiced lime
1 cup mixed white and red seedless grapes
1 oz. elderflower cordial
Shake and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with champagne grapes and mint sprig.
